Dispute Resolution and Privacy Seals
We have the following privacy seals and/or dispute resolution mechanisms. If you think we have not followed our privacy policy in some way, they can help you resolve your concern.
Returns Policy: The goods will be collected by Parcelforce Worldwide and returned to Sholley. In the event of the trolley being unsuitable, you will incur carriage cost of £6.50. However, should any goods arrive damaged, no carriage will be charged. All returned goods will be carefully examined by our quality control department on their arrival at the Sholley factory after which any refund due will be issued. All refunds will be sent out by cheque within 2 working days of the goods being received at Sholley.
Your Rights: All Sholley trolleys arrive with a full one year guarantee and a further two year parts guarantee. This is in addition to your normal statutory rights. All Sholley trolleys come with a 14-day money back guarantee commencing the day you recieve your trolley. When you receive your trolley, please 'test drive' it in your own home, as regrettably we cannot accept trolleys used outside for exchange or return. In the unlikely event of your trolley arriving in any way damaged, or, in the even less likely event of it not living up to your expectations, you should telephone our Customer Care Department on 01255 431444 or email us on returns@sholley.com
