Returns Policy

We do our best to make sure that you are entirely happy with your Sholley and your shopping experience.

However sometimes there is a need to return your Sholley for refund or exchange.

If within 14 days of your purchase you are not entirely happy with your Sholley you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

The Sholley must be in the same condition that you received it in and must not have been used outside in order for it to be returned as unsuitable.

If you would like to return your Sholley to us, firstly contact us on 01255 431444 so that we can arrange collection of the trolley. The cost of the collection will be met by you.

Once we have received your Sholley back we will arrange a refund.
