No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Sholleys until an e-mail has been sent confirming your order and that payment has successfully been made. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Sholleys of your offer to buy goods from Sholleys and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you do not receive the e-mail.
Sholleys are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in the respect of goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
Sholleys has attempted to describe items accurately using the current printing technology but slight variations in actual goods may occur.
Sholleys shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The Company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. Goods are sold on the understanding that they are for use only for the intended purpose. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order. We take care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions whilst given as a guide are subject to alteration by the Seller without notice.
By placing an order with Sholleys, the buyer and Seller accept the following conditions.
In these terms and conditions the Seller of the Company means Sholleys and the buyer means the purchaser of the goods from the Seller.
Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the goods supplied. You may not reproduce, modify or copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content without the written consent of Sholleys.
Credit/ debit cards are debited prior to despatch.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid debit or credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the highest level of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Are those ruling at despatch and are subject to alterations as may be necessary. Unless otherwise stated prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.
Orders can be placed by telephone, online or by e-mail.
Payment is due to the Company in full prior to despatch.
We will be delighted to accept a minimum order of £15.00 by card payment.
Claims for loss of damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the Company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The Company must be informed in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice in the case of loss. Sholleys will not entertain claims made outside of the stated time limits.
Sholleys will be happy to refund or exchange unsuitable goods that are received within 14 days of the order and where goods are returned unused, in a re-saleable condition and with all packaging as new. Any return of goods after the time frame will be accepted subject to Sholleys discretion. Customers are advised to contact Sholleys whereby we shall arrange a collection as per the delivery fee.
Sholleys will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used We strongly advise all customers upon delivery to check all items before disposing of the packaging.
Any fault during the warranty will be repaired back at our warehouse but unless the item can be physically returned to the warehouse the return fee is payable as per original delivery cost along with fee to return once repaired.
The times quoted are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. Sholleys cannot accept any responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of our control causing late delivery. Neither Sholleys nor our courier company will be held accountable for claims for consequential loss due to late delivery.
We are happy to quote for overseas International orders. Price available upon request.
Cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms.
a) Prior to despatch for standard items.
b) Bespoke orders may not be cancelled once completed.
All items are guaranteed according to Manufactures warranty, no returns will be accepted due to fire, accident, wear and tear, neglect or any attempt at repair or adjustments.
Sholleys reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications of the terms will be deemed to be effective form the date and time of posting on the Sholley website.
